Good news first: Waterboy Daily Hydration is widely sold at retail (Amazon, grocery and outdoor stores, the brand’s own site), so many buyers have nothing to cancel — a one-time box or tube simply doesn’t recur. You only need to cancel if you signed up for the brand’s own autoship/subscription. Here’s how, plus how returns work.
If you’re on the brand’s subscription
The two-minute checklist
Cancel before the next ship date; check whether an order is already processing (it may still bill); get written confirmation; and watch your next card statement.
Cancelling over price or fit?
Before you re-subscribe to anything in this category, our alternatives page ranks the options by disclosure, testing and honest cost, and the cost breakdown does the per-serving math.
Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel Waterboy Daily Hydration?
If you subscribed on the brand’s site, cancel in your account (Subscriptions → cancel) before the next ship date, or contact support for written confirmation. Retail purchases don’t recur.
Can I get a refund on Waterboy Daily Hydration?
It depends where you bought it: retail returns follow that store’s policy (often the friendliest path), while the brand’s own terms apply to direct orders. Verify current terms first.
Will I be charged after cancelling?
Usually only if an order was already processing when you cancelled, or a separate membership/add-on renewed. Cancel before your next billing date and keep written confirmation, then watch your next statement.
