Is Balance of Nature any good?

Balance of Nature Fruits & Veggies scored 35/100 (significant concerns) under our 100-point methodology in July 2026. The capsules contain real fruit and vegetable powders, but the label discloses no individual ingredient amounts, we could not locate verifiable testing documentation, and at $89.99 per 30-day set it is among the most expensive options in its category. What happened with Balance of Nature and the FDA?

The FDA issued a warning letter to Evig LLC (dba Balance of Nature) in August 2019. On November 16, 2023, a federal court entered consent decrees against Evig LLC and manufacturer Premium Production LLC after the government alleged disease-treatment claims and manufacturing-practice violations. Production was halted until compliance conditions were met; the companies later resumed sales. Separately, a $9.95 million class-action settlement covered purchases from March 2019 through October 2025.
